Our team

Behind NeuroAging® there is no standard protocol, but rather a team that decided to stop working in isolated silos. Geriatrics, sports medicine, and general medicine share a single clinical framework—because aging makes no distinction between specialties, and neither do we. Every assessment is evaluated by more than one expert eye before turning into a plan.

Dra. Maria Alòs

An expert in body composition analysis, obesity, and therapeutic exercise, she brings the perspective of movement: strength, balance, and rehabilitation as a first line of defense against frailty, rather than something prescribed after the problem already exists. Her approach combines precise functional assessment with exercise plans tailored to each case.

Sports Medicine, General Practice, Body Composition, and Rehabilitation

Muscle tells the truth long before any lab test does. If we learn to read it in time, we can almost always change what comes next.

Dr. Oriol Miralles

His work focuses on frailty, functional decline, and the coordination of complex cases—the kind of medicine that demands looking at the whole person, not just the presenting symptom. Holding a Doctorate in Medicine with a PhD thesis focused on frailty and functional recovery, he combines active research with daily clinical practice.

Geriatrics and Gerontology, PhD

I don’t treat elderly patients. I treat people who want to keep making their own decisions for as long as possible—my job is to give them the data to achieve that.
— Dr.Oriol Miralles
