What to Expect
The Longevity Congress — NeuroAging® is not an event of fixed seats and endless lectures. It is designed to be experienced: rotating between stations, integrating physical activity between brief keynotes, within an environment where Mediterranean science and Mallorcan heritage effortlessly coexist. Here, longevity is not merely explained from a podium—it is experienced.
❋ A Mediterranean Heritage EstateSon Cosmet is an authentic Mallorcan possessió designated as a Site of Cultural Interest (BIC), located in Campos. A setting rich in history, where traditional Mallorcan architecture provides the backdrop for every session—a far cry from generic conference rooms.
❋ A Dynamic, Interactive FormatRotating stations of 10 to 15 participants, pairing short keynotes with real physical activity. The congress is designed to be moved through, not endured from a chair—each block lasts just long enough to keep both mind and body fully engaged.
❋ Deeply Rooted in Mallorcan HeritageMediterranean longevity is not an abstract concept: it comes alive through the island’s diet, landscapes, traditional crafts, and customs. Each station connects science with local identity—not just data.
❋ World-Class Speakers, Personal ApproachLeading specialists, fully accessible—the intimate group size at each station invites direct questions, nuanced dialogue, and real connection with the speakers in a way a 300-seat auditorium never could. Technical rigor, zero distance.
Where longevity is lived, not just observed. Mediterranean science, shared eye to eye.
Day One — Thursday, November 5, 2026First Step: Separating the Noise from the Science
Arrival sets the tone for the entire congress: accreditation, a warm welcome to the grounds of Son Cosmet, and a pass through the photocall before the first session begins. From that point on, the morning follows a clear narrative—bringing clarity to what constitutes genuine evidence versus what is merely a longevity trend. This thread unfolds across three key moments: the body, through mobility and muscle strength stations; the territory, featuring Mallorcan olive oil presented as a therapeutic tool rather than a culinary ingredient; and the mind, addressing anti-inflammatory nutrition, intermittent fasting, and a session demonstrating live music—performed by musicians—as a serious clinical instrument. It is the day that lays the groundwork: separating what truly works from what simply sounds good.

Day Two — Friday, November 5, 2026The Inner World: Microbiota, Genes, and Biological Age
10:00 – 14:00 h.
The second day of the congress invites us to look inward. The underlying thread connects three layers of the body that are rarely explained together: the gut as a second brain, with its direct impact on mood and cognition; a mini-lab of simple physical tests offering an initial glimpse into remaining healthspan; and genetics versus epigenetics, demonstrating why daily habits carry far more weight than what is written in our genes. It is the day that addresses the quiet question on everyone’s mind: why do some people age better than others, even when starting from the exact same baseline?

Day Three — Saturday, November 7, 2026What Truly Matters: Body, Purpose, and Centenarians
