The initial assessment is an in-person clinical session during which one of our specialists evaluates your functional, cognitive, and physical health, reviewing the options together with you—and your family, if you prefer. Together, we determine the most appropriate level of care: the foundational program, holistic follow-up, or specific complementary diagnostic testing. Essential Program
Two home visits with a dedicated specialist, complemented by telehealth follow-ups to maintain close, effortless communication between the patient, their family, and their physician. Depending on the patient's profile, care is provided by Dr. Oriol Miralles Resina (Geriatrics) or Dr. Maria Alòs (General and Sports Medicine). NeuroAging® Program
Our most comprehensive program: simultaneous 12-month care led by two specialists, integrating geriatrics and sports medicine into a single, unified assessment. It includes physical and cognitive evaluations, remote cognitive stimulation, and an all-encompassing improvement plan addressing the three key pillars of longevity: physical, clinical, and emotional health. Designed for those seeking a complete, non-fragmented perspective on their own aging journey.
Additional Services
Complementary testing incorporated into the program based on the specific needs identified during the initial assessment: clinical lab work, genetic testing, body composition analysis, intermittent hypoxia, cardiac rhythm monitoring, blood pressure screening, muscle ultrasound, and joint injections. Each test is indicated solely when it provides meaningful insight to the follow-up plan—never offered as a generic package.
